[LITMUS^RT] Haswell L4 Cache

It looks like some of the higher-end Haswell CPUs from Intel have a 128MB
L4 cache:

>From the block diagram, it appears that the L4 *is not* partition like the
L3---perhaps there is no need for hashing.  Maybe page coloring would work
at the L4 level?

Also, Haswell has some support for transactional memory.
