[LITMUS^RT] Using feather trace

Hi Gbadebo,

Please disable "CONFIG_RELOCATABLE" in "Processor type and features" from
your config.
Because "config FEATHER_TRACE" depends on "!RELOCATABLE" in litmus/Kconfig.
