[LITMUS^RT] Configuring kernel before using it for the first time

I'm not sure which configuration options you are referring to. In any case, we provide a sample configuration at:

	http://www.litmus-rt.org/releases/2013.1/x86_64-config

Maybe it helps to use this as a starting point.
