[LITMUS^RT] request - cyclictest

Hi Joe,

The cyclictest patch is now in our github repository:
https://github.com/LITMUS-RT/cyclictest

Please check the README to see how to launch the tasks under each LITMUS^RT
plugin.
And let us know if you have any problem.
