[LITMUS^RT] Can not register DEMO Scheduler Plugin in LITMUS^RT

Hi,
I have installed litmus-rt on ubuntu with linux kernel version 3.10.5. And
was able to install patched kernel version including litmus.rt.
But I am following the wiki link
https://wiki.litmus-rt.org/litmus/CreateAPluginTutorial to create a DEMO
plugin. But after stage 02 'Register a dummy plugin' DEMO schedule is not
visible in the 'setsched' list. Even I have recompiled the whole kernel but
still its not visible.

This will be very helpful to have a suggestions on installing custom plugin
on litmus-rt.
