[LITMUS^RT] release candidate for 2014.1 release

Hi,
Though its a thread of release version 2014.1, I would like to ask why
there is no test result of PFAIR group scheduler. As I am still trying to
understand release version 2013.1 , was wondering whether  PFAIR is
available in latest release version or not ?
