[LITMUS^RT] high miss ratio for low task utilization

It looks like our emails crossed.
Make sure you give the tool all

Okay, that was my first issue. Redoing this using all of the per-CPU files
I also see no tardiness or deadline misses, but I also don't get any of the
names, periods, or costs:
