[LITMUS^RT] rebasing on top of Linux 4.1

I've compiled and run some tests on our ARM machine (Freescale IMX6). All
runtests passed but kernel stuck while running Herman's scripts. I couldn't
find the reason now. Because I'm in Korea now, I'll send a detailed report
next week. I tested with the 93ff7fd26181f2e9544613fa7658ef75b693f681
branch.
