[LITMUS^RT] Tracing on overload

Dear,

I am executing real-time tasks on a VM with one dedicated VCPU in Xen, the
total load is higher then 100% (to test a new scheduler in Xen) of the
real-time task. The selected scheduling algorithm is GSN-EDF.

When using the litmus-rt 2014.2 version, feather-trace traces the events of
the the real-time jobs (base_task) where the deadline is met and the jobs
with a deadline miss.

When using the litmus-rt 2015.1 version, feather trace doesn't log the
traces during the overload situation. I only see the tasks where the
deadline is met (at the beginning).
