[LITMUS^RT] Updates to LITMUS^RT, liblitmus, and feather-trace-tools

Hi everyone,

I’ve pushed the latest versions of liblitmus and feather-trace-tools. In particular the latter has seen a number of additions. Most notably, there is now a utility called st-draw for visualizing traces recorded with st-trace-schedule.

There are also now two tutorials included in the repo:

The intention is to keep these up-to-date as the repository evolves.

Unless there are any objections, I’ll release the current state as version 2016.1 later this week.
