[LITMUS^RT] Get the remote cpu state

Hello:

Just as I have asked, you have rewritten the function 'is_running(task)' as 'is_current_running()'. You said, to check the tasks' states in the remote cpu, we need to get the runqueue lock. But I don't understand the meaning of 'runqueue lock' ? Could you please explain it and how can I get such lock
