[LITMUS^RT] Initialize the new elements in the rt_param

Hello:

When I add two new list_head in the struct rt_param inside the rt_param.h. Where can I initialize them? Because I need such list_head in the pfp_schedule(), so I do not think it is a right place to initialize them inside the fucntion pfp_task_new().
