[LITMUS^RT] litmus^rt on ARM64

Hi Joerg,

as far as I know, there are no current efforts to support ARM64. We don’t require that many arch-specific changes, to just mirroring the changes in arch/arm should do the trick. I don’t have an ARM64 platform around, so can’t really test anything myself (though I guess there’s Qemu?), but let me know if you have specific questions about the LITMUS^RT patch set.
