Where can I find the usage of below command?

rt_spin [COMMON-OPTS] -f FILE [-o COLUMN] WCET PERIOD\n"

rt_spin -f tasklist.txt -o 2 WCET PEROID?

tasklist. file is as below.

5, 10
5, 20

But I still have errors.

Please advise.
