[LITMUS^RT] Wither SRP support?

Hi everyone,

in the rebased branch on top of Linux 4.9, the ancient support for the SRP in the P-FP and PSN-EDF plugins is broken. It either needs some renewed attention to make it work, or it will have to be dropped completely. 

I no longer have any use for or interest in maintaining this feature, so my plan is to just cut it. However, if there are any users who still have an interest in SRP support, please speak up.
