[LITMUS^RT] RFC control page & test suite fixes

Hi all,

I've pushed two new branches that I would like to merge.

For liblitmus, I've pushed prop/test-fixes, which fixes a bug in the test suite and adds a new test.

For the kernel, I've pushed prop/control-page-fixes, which improves the control page driver (but does not change the existing features).

Please let me know if you have any comments.
