All,

I pushed a patch to github: prop/cedf-admit-fix.  It also merges in changes from staging, so there should be no conflicts merging cedf-admit-fix into staging.

The patch tweaks the admission test to go through if the task to be admitted is running on the same cluster of CPUs (instead of same CPU) as the CPU set in the task's task_params.

This patch is needed if my prop/migration patch for liblitmus is to work (this patch sets the affinity mask for the entire cluster instead of just the first CPU in the cluster).
