[LITMUS^RT] Specifying dependencies between jobs

Hi Glenn,
I am trying to specify dependencies between job release in litmus rt, that
is if a job A depend on another job B, i want to enforce that the A job
does not execute until B is complete, whats is your suggestion on the how
you can go about that
