[LITMUS^RT] Modify priority of task in pfp-> ready_queue based on promotion point

Hi,

I would like to boot higher priority for a task in  ready queue based on
promotion point.

Currently I check the promoting point based on timer (budget) and decide to
promote the priority to higher value.

I don't know how to do it.

Please give me idea.
