The only thing that I can think of is that newer versions of gcc complain about something that we haven’t seen in the past. I guess I’ll need to install a newer distribution to reproduce the problem, but I’m unfortunately busy in “manager mode” with meetings and travel until next week.

@UNC: any chance someone from UNC can take a look into debugging this build failure in liblitmus? It’s probably just a minor issue that’s trivial to fix, but as I said I can’t look into it right now. Any help would be appreciated.
