[LITMUS^RT] Trouble compiling Litmus-RT Userspace library

Dear Monowar,

I tested LITMUS kernel and library in Ubuntu 16.04 server. I can
successfully compile and build a system in Ubuntu 16.04. I think I used the
same environment with you (4.4.0-62 kernel and gcc 5.4.0 20160609).

Can you send me your liblitmus files? The 'struce testcase' is defined in
include/tests.h. Can you also check the you have the header file?
