I don’t think we currently have a separate download anywhere.

@Manohar, can you dig this up somewhere?

Unfortunately, this folder was created and configured within the tutorial VM itself, so I don't have it lying outside somewhere. @Jorge, can you just set up the image in VirtualBox and copy the files over to your machine (i.e. via scp/rsync)? That would be the easiest approach.
