[LITMUS^RT] issue with P-RES

But actually I have another issue.
I can't figure out how to use rtspin with P-RES

# setsched Linux
# setsched P-RES
# resctl -n 100 -c 1 -t table-driven -m 100 '[0, 50)'
# rtspin -w -r 100 50 100 5
could not become RT task: Invalid argument

In the slides, rtspin is not used either. Is rtspin working under P-RES ?
How to run realtime tasks that execute for their wcet ?
