[LITMUS^RT] numpy problem is fixed

Hello again everyone. The problem of numpy is fixed, but when I used the
command "./ft-compute-stats overheads_*.float32 > stats.csv" to calculate
statistics, there is nothing happened at all (statistics have not appeared,
no errors were appeared), but when I delete "> stats.csv" every thing is
worked ;i.e statistics appeared (min , avr, max ,std, ..etc). So, I ask, if
you do not mind, if the previous statement is mandatory which should be
attached with the first part ( I mean, ./ft-compute-stats
overheads_*.float32) or in other words if the deletion of previous
statement can effect on the statistic calculations or not.
