[LITMUS^RT] numpy problem is fixed

Marov,

Glad you were able to figure it out. All that the "> stats.csv" does is
output redirection (see
https://www.tldp.org/LDP/abs/html/io-redirection.html). Its inclusion or
exclusion should have no bearing on the integrity of the statistics and is
not mandatory.
