[LITMUS^RT] warning when building Litmus after Adding stub functions for a LITMUSRT plugin step 2

Hello Marov,

This warning is unrelated to LITMUS^RT and may be caused by an improperly
set clock on your build system. I would suggest searching the web for
potential resolutions, but as-is it doesn't look like it should be
something to worry about.

To try to minimize noise for everyone who subscribed to this listserv for
announcements, could you potentially try to ask future support questions by
following-up on one of your existing email chains rather than creating a
new one?
